JAI is founded on September 1st
1969
JAI receives the first export order
1995
A new foundry is built, and the capacity is increased from 1,400 to 3,000 tons of aluminium castings
2001
The share of export is increased to >98%
2002
A new highly automated machining plant is built
2006
Management buyout, JAI is hereafter 100% owned by the Management of JAI
2010
The foundry capacity is increased to 4,000 tons of casted aluminium
2013
Building and investment in a highly automated Core Department with the possibility of production of cores up to 150 kg.
2016
Adjoining property of 12,000 m2 is acquired to ensure future growth potentials. 29,000 m2 production area is now at JAI’s disposal.
2017
JAI focuses strategically on the E-Mobility market as a future segment and receives the first order
2018
Rebuilding and renovation of the 12,000 m2 new production facilities is finished, and JAI's total production area is now 29,000 m2. Investment in the first large machining plant in order to increase the capacity and be able to carry out the machining of parts up to 1,4 m.
2019
Investment in 1 large casting machine combining tilt and stationary casting of parts up to 1,6 m.
Investment in 2 large machining plants for the machining of parts up to 1,4 m.
