Decades of experience in aluminium gravity die casting

At JAI, we combine decades of experience with advanced technology. This allows us to deliver custom aluminium solutions to customers worldwide. We also specialise in complex aluminium casting and high-quality die casting of components. Our components weigh from 2 kg to 125 kg. In addition, we handle annual production volumes from 750 to 80,000 units.

As your one-stop partner, we manage the entire process – from design and prototypes to series production and project management. Our state-of-the-art 33,000 m² facility in Denmark ensures efficient communication, fast delivery, and uncompromising quality.

With a focus on sustainability and advanced manufacturing methods, we offer gravity die casting, X-ray control, heat treatment, automated machining, robot welding, surface treatment, assembly and tightness testing. We don’t just deliver components – we deliver responsibility, reliability and credibility, as your system supplier.

Sustainable aluminium casting – maximizing recycled materials and green energy

At JAI, sustainability is a cornerstone of our strategy. We prioritize the use of recycled materials, significantly reducing our environmental impact. Today, 90% of the aluminium we use comes from recycled materials. As a result, we achieve a 60% CO2 reduction compared to traditional production. Moreover, we work every day to increase recycling rates and to minimise waste across all operations.

In addition, we emphasize social responsibility by fostering inclusive workplaces and supporting sustainable growth both within and beyond our factory.
