At JAI, we combine decades of experience with advanced technology. This allows us to deliver custom aluminium solutions to customers worldwide. We also specialize in complex, high-quality aluminium die casting of components. Our components weigh from 2 kg to 125 kg. In addition, we handle annual production volumes from 750 to 80,000 units.

As your one-stop-shop partner, we manage the entire process – from design and prototypes to series production and project management. Our state-of-the-art 33,000 m² facility in Denmark ensures efficient communication, fast delivery, and uncompromising quality.

With a focus on sustainability and advanced manufacturing methods, we offer gravity die casting, X-ray control, heat treatment, automated machining, robot welding, surface treatment, assembly and tightness testing. Sustainable Aluminium Casting – Maximizing Recycled Materials and Green Energy

At JAI, sustainability is a cornerstone of our strategy. We prioritize using recycled materials, significantly reducing our environmental impact, and currently, 90% of the aluminium we use is sourced from recycled materials, enabling a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional production. Moreover, we continuously strive to increase recycling rates and to minimize waste across all operations.

In addition, we emphasize social responsibility by fostering inclusive workplaces and supporting sustainable growth both within and beyond our factory.
