JAI in short
- Founded in 1945 as an aluminum gravity die casting foundry.
- Specialized in complex stationary and tilt gravity die casting of parts weighing between approximately 2 and 125 kg, with annual volumes ranging from around 750 to 50,000 pieces.
- Own development and production of sand cores up to 150 kg.
- Based in Denmark with a strong focus on environmental, social, and governance areas.

- All production and know-how located on 33,000 m² in Herning.
- One-stop-shop partner: Development, design, prototypes, and serial production of gravity die-cast aluminum components.
- System supplier: Flexible manufacturing administration of casting, X-ray, heat treatment, machining, robotic welding, surface treatment, assembly and tightness test. For our partners, this means deliveries of components in the desired quality, on time, and ready for their production line.
- Quality assurance: Casting simulation software, spectro analyzer, X-ray equipment, 3D measuring machines, tightness testing (helium, air, air under water), etc.
- Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, SVTI, SAQ 5.0, Ecovadis and CDP.
- 98% export share, with Europe being our main focus.
