JAI is a Danish foundry specialised in gravity die cast aluminium
components, typically from 2 to 100 kg, in annual volumes of approx. 750 to 50,000 pcs.

For over 80 years, JAI has developed and produced complex, high-quality aluminium components for some of Europe’s most demanding manufacturers. From our facility in Denmark, we take responsibility for the entire journey, from first design to series production. For our customers this means fewer interfaces to manage, clear responsibility and a partner that stays involved from the beginning and to the products end-of-life.
Sustainable aluminium - Documented
Over 90% of the aluminium we use is recycled, and more than 90% of our electricity comes from renewable sources. This gives our castings a CO₂ footprint below 10% of that of primary aluminium. For you, it means documented figures that support your ESG requirements, supplier assessments, and efforts to lower the footprint of the parts you buy. We also take responsibility for our people and our local community, backed by our own Code of Conduct, our EcoVadis Brating and the Drive Sustainability SAQ 5.0.
