For decades JAI has been a reliable development partner and supplier of gravity die casted aluminium housings for hydraulic and waste water pumps. We help ensure that pump housings meet the strict requirements for tightness and complex channel designs. A significant part of the complex channel design is that JAI uses sand cores enabling us to design the housings with hollow spaces. The sand cores are placed in the casting mould before the aluminium melt is poured.

Our high-volume production includes complex parts from approximately 3 to 60 kg processed in highly automated cells. Each product typically has multiple machining variants, which are managed by CNC cells programmed for flexibility. Additionally, we ensure high mechanical values for optimal pump performance and longevity through our computer controlled, fully automated heat treatment system.
