Sports & Culture (the staff association) organizes and hosts social activities for employees and their families, including family trips, sports events and cultural activities.
Education and career
It is important to us that new employees have a good start at JAI. This is why we have established an “On-boarding” program for all new hires. This program includes an individual introduction and training process to ensure that you are well-prepared for your specific new role.
As an employee in the production, you will be offered internal training for instance, casting school, department-specific courses, i.e. measurement techniques and tools. Internal training and mentoring will be prioritized.
If you’re employed in a technical, sales, leadership or admin position you will be offered a comprehensive introduction fitted to your job.
External training providers may be relevant depending on your position.
